Got it! What I noticed immediately was that the "Manage Files" page is throwing a javascript error that "Error: MM_jumpMenu is not defined". That function gets set in the template "DOWNLOADS". So, that tells me something is funky with at least that template. You should revert the following templates: DOWNLOADS, downloads_man, and downloads_man_bit. Then, re-import the product xml file.
