I've added the wide layout as well -- letting the person choose whichever one they like better.

Freesteyelz, which colors would you recommend I change/add/get rid of? I was trying to go with a blue'ish theme since in my mind I associate that with the medical profession but I'd love to hear your suggestions.

Anyone else? I'd love to hear what you think sucks and what doesn't suck so much
