vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Edit thread title does not work fully

Hi guys, I have search for an answer to this but unfortunately didn't find it. Anyway I notice that when (as an administrator) you edit a thread you click on go advanced to edit the title of the thread. Anyway the title is saved in the new form when viewing the threads and the topics that follow on from it.

However the title remains unchanges in the list of threads for that forum. It is only changed when you click into that specific topic.

I tried running all the admin maintenance functions in case you have to update the thread cache etc but non of this worked. Can anyone please suggest the resolution to this (I expect common) problem.
