I did some more test on "Top Thread Starters" and it worked fine. I've also done some small changes in code and hope it will work for you now. Be sure that "Hourly Cleanup" is enabled and working on your forums (Scheduled Task Manager). Don't forget that "Top Thread Starters" requires MySQL version 4.0.4 or higher to work.

My Top Thread Starters still doesn't update right... but... who knows. Using MySQL 4.1.21
