vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Filter out bad words, UPPERCASE, and too many special characters

Is there a way to replace bad words (the 4 letter variety) so that **** appears in its place in case I get an idiot who includes those word in his post or title?
Also, can I prevent members from SHOUTING in there titles?
Lastly, how do I make it so that my members cannot use multiple special characters (non-alpha-numeric) titles in any topic/post (ex. @@@Look at this@@@ becomes Look at this)
