SOLVED!! at least I think so... I needed the url reference in cat mod... not the absolute path...

I am having problems (all the time) with images just not being rendered on the screen even after supplying absolute paths to the image .gifs

Nothing is displayed....

All the vb product images are displayed correctly.

I'm using Ubuntu Linux, have chmod'ed the gif's 777 just to make sure their are no protection issues...still don't display.

For example I just installed a "category mod" that shows a picture next to each forum. So as the path in the mod box I put "/var/www/forum/images/test.gif" (the correct path to this image) in... but nothing is displayed.

Am I doing something wrong?? If so what..
