I don't know if everything went well though because after enabling everything in the donor settings the donor link doesn't show up in the navbar. You do not upload that to your server.
Sorry I should have been more specific, You need to go to your admin cp panel=> plugins/products=>Manage products=>ADD/Import. browse for the file on your computer(NOTE if you already have it installed make sure you select the overwrite all files) import it into Vbulletin and thats all you need to do.
