vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Removing stuff from forumhome but making them return elsewhere

I want to remove the quick style chooser from the bottom of the main index, forumhome template, because I have placed it somewhere else on the forumhome. I put it on a welcome hack. So now I have two style choosers. If I just delete the one at the bottom, then it wont show up on other pages. You know?

So is there a way to remove the style chooser from the footer yet have it there in the footer anywhere but the main index?
