We have a wild one here.
First impressions, to much blue. To make matters worse you've performed css changes and implemented around the default vbulletin gradients which is always a bad move. Opt for a 3 colour usage system just so it breaks out that hideous blue paving the way for a more pleasing style.
The logo centered at the top looks prity awfully, wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't squared off or expanded to the full width but it doesn't.
Forum status icons are incorrectly saved out and there are remnants of the old light matted background which makes this area look awfull.
Buttons are incorrectly saved out and should be correctly matted for the background to which they are being applied onto. Instead of using the default stock vbulletin images you might want to venture to the vb.org
graphic database as I'm sure you'll find something that will compliment your style or better still download one of the free styles in the style database.
Overall I loathe your style but love your attitude.
