I had the exact problem with them..they would tell me the scripting for vbulletin was too server intensive and I should go with another software ect...then I decided to go with the virtual dedicated server. it is working a charm. I think they have too many on their servers personally.I am sorry you are going thru this...my members were getting so tired of it. I know how you feel. I hope you find a better solution.
