Ok most of this problem is fixed, but with 3.5.4 when a user made a post in the intro lounge, they instantly had access to the rest of there allowed forums.

It seems with this when the user makes an intro post, it has to wait for the "user promotions" cron job to run before they are updated.

3.5.4 also has this same cron job, but it still promotes a user instantly after making their first post.

Does anyone know how to do what i want to do?
