Long version: It might not be that *exact* code anymore. But if you do a template search for "$vbphrase[unstick_thread]" you'll see it shows in showthread somewhere. From version to version vBulletin changes quite a few minor things. So if you do a search for that entire string of code, it may not show depending on your vBulletin version, style, other mods, etc.

Short version: Nothing to worry about, it's fine
