Has ripped me off for services paid for. I posted up a request for some modifications to be done to my vB and he agreed to have them done promptly. After a month of me asking for updates on progress, I finally decided to ask for my money back. At this point he refuses and says I must go through some Canandian bank refund process, which is a complete joke because I paid him through PayPay. Unfortunately PayPal transactions can only be disputed for 45 days after they are made, I was a couple days late on finding that out.

So this is a warning for anyone that is contacted by him...
