I am currently running 3.5.4 (I am too chicken to upgrade just as yet,lol.)

But I know there is a plugin/hack out there but I have no idea what to look for and its actually used on the BBS. Its one where the very first post stays on the top of every page (like all the post's for hack/pluggins are setup).

Thanks and sory for the lame post but I honestly don't know what to search for...
