I'm using VB 3.6.1 and have noticed that the "Forum Discussions" feed on my main page is not updating , I am using the following RSS Feed....am I doing something wrong?

http://forums.hardwarelogic.com/external.php?type=RSS2

I would like it to update in real time, with the last replied to post. I've tried changing the values in the external data provider menu in the ADMINCP....but nothing changes on the main page.
