When I go to admin panel... some options are not editalble as they used to be... for example..

1. When i want to change "Default Language" instead of the drop down menu it shows me: radio:eval = fetch_language_titles_array();

2. When i want to change "Default Style" instead of the drop down menu it shows me: select:eval = fetch_style_title_options_array();

3. When i want to edit "Use SkypeWeb Graphics" i see radioiped 0|no 1|yes 2|language_specific_skypeweb_graphics

Can someone please help me fix this Plz plz plz..
