Basically you just have to switch the order of the four cells (in two rows) that hold the postbit data; one for the profile, one for the post, one for the warn/report etc buttons and one for the reply buttons, (not sure if the topicstarter also made other modifications, I haven't tried this out myself), so I don't think it should be too hard
