I don't think you realize what designing these from scratch entails. It takes time and I won't release mediocre work just to have them released quicker. Like I said, I've spent alot of time designing the images and the icons that accompanies that award also takes time and The PSD won't become available due to a lot of untrustworthy people that try to sell my work.

That said, support for these have stopped since a version two is in progress.
