the first one is down to the assumption that customavatars are stored above the site ROOT. i can't recall how i tweaked this earlier.
the second one (though i'm sure i ducked the admincp option down to 3) is probably due to the fact that image doesn't exist. but it seems to be pointing to the right directory or am i wrong?
third, am i to assume that your homeurl is set to the same as your fourms url?

1) Sorry -- when I re-installed the hack it reset the permissions. Guest permissions are on so you can see the groups:
www.churchmedia.net/groups
2) Yeah, the groups dir is in the site root. The custom avatars are in /CMN/customavatars/
3) Right -- it's pointing to the right dir, but I just don't have an image called grps_noimage_9.gif. Not a big deal.
4) I did change my home URL from my forums URL. So home is set to
http://www.churchmedia.net and forums is set to
http://www.churchmedia.net/CMN/
Thanks for your help on this. I think the main problem is getting the avatars to point to the right directory. If we can nail that, I think I'm ready to go live with it.
