ive altered your files with some fixes:

in product-card.xml
1. just made it read properly after making a card up. like the website to visit area, instead its default to say visit the website to search for a pharmacy, i made it link back to the actual page, on click it pops up a new window.

2. fixed the submit button location, and im attaching the submit button here in this thread for people to use.

3. submit button fixed. upload the attached submit.gif icon to your /images/ folder

4. in ref to the submit button and where the image sits, everyones site informaiton is different, so if your forum isnt in /forums/ subfolder, open my product-card.xml attached here and search for

/forums/images/submit.gif

and edit it to your information.

in card.php:

1. Altered "Your Info" to "Free Pharmacy Signup

so in a nut shell, my fixes basically deal with the linkage to the pharmacy sites, and the submit button fix, and some text fixes.
