There are a few web hosts that do not allow external request to other sites unless it is on port 80. Do you know if your host blocks access to probe other IP's on ports other than port 80 ?

Many hosts will give you a port you can use. You can take that port and re-setup the shoutcast server IP's.

Whats the IP and port of the server I can test if the script will reach it. (pm if you need it to be PRIV. )

Ok this is where I am lost DO we have to join shoutcast and get passwords and IP to there server???? This is not a problem with your hack more than a user error<< and Im sorry for this!!! (Rookie)<
I setup this up in admincp as follows

Server name My site
Server Ip My IP<
Server port 8000( and Yes I jsut know e mail my host to see if there was a problem)
server password???Dont understand(main problem) do we have to join shoutcast is this where this comes in to play?)
The rest I left at default!!
