austrekkers; The smile box seems to be working fine on the demo. Not sure what your issue may be.

Red Matrix; If you are refering to the location of the images being in a directory above public_html (or forums) and not under the images directory, you can simply change the stylevars to have it get the images from whatever directory you want. There may be some templates as well that will need this changed too, as well as the CSS. Most of my styles images reside in the forum directory, just seems to be my preference

Belisario; You can add whatever navigation you would like to the navbar by editing the header.
