I have had both. I have ibProArcade and have not looked back since switching from v3Arcade.

I started out with v3Arcade, it's a really great product. Problem is the support. Something went wrong and we were not able to install games in the Arcade. Couldn't get support for it, so we went ahead and switched it up to ibProArcarde. If I were given the choice, there is no doubt in my mind I would install ibProArcade.
