I think currently vbspell is the only one for 3.6, however, keep in mind that people don't always give appropriate feedback in regards to the star rating system. Most of the time people who are happy with a hack will not consider the star rating feedback while in contrast someone who is unhappy will be more likely to use it and provide a lower rating. I've seen hacks with a couple hundred downloads but it only took 1-2 unhappy installers (ones who couldn't figure out how - or had trouble installing the hack) to rate the hack with one or two stars.

As for what you are wanting that would most likely require ajax and it would probably be possible, but it would take some coding. You may want to post a request in one of the request forums for this.
