Well this skin is the same one in the demo link which can be found at : http://www.forumshelp.com/vb/forumdisplay.php?f=2
and things are working ok there, so I think that you might have a conflict with another installed mod that changes the skin's layout. And reverting the navbar has no relation at all with your problem. From what I see that there is another mod that is using the Popup menu controls and causes this mess, try to revise your recently installed mods and simply disable the one causing the problem.
