Default Promoting - where to do it?
Hey guys!

I recently set up a new forum to deal with entertainment/tech. Problem is, I can't get new users. I have no idea where to promote it. Anyone have any ideas on where is the best place? Or how to do it? Thanks for the advice in advance!
