Looks like all administrators will have the option to Rewrite URLs w/o mod_rewrite
But if one has mod_rewrite available, is it better to use the mod_rewrite for URL rewrites or is it better to use the rewrite option that does not use mod_rewrite?
The instructions allude that the only difference is that the mod_rewrite option can hog up more processing speed. So my question is, if everyone has the option to not use mod_rewrite, why even offer the mod_rewrite option if it's gonna accomplish the same URL re_writes, but only consume more processor resources?
Just curious... hopefully this hasn't already been discussed (cuz I could not find the answer in searching this huge thread).
