I am not getting an arcade on the left side in my admin,I am also getting this error when I try to access it -

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

and cannot fix it because it is also not in the usergroup permissions.I have refreshed,left the site,cleared cookies ect... what can I do to correct this?
I am running vb 3.6.1
