I think that the style is somewhat incomplete or gives the impression that it's incomplete. Your tcat gradients look okay though you want to base the other gradients from it and give the style some consistency. The thead gradient is a prime example of the inconsistency.

I would also think about ridding the style from the vBulletin stock images as they don't match the style. I've designed a set of forum Status icons which I submitted here at .org in the database that would suit the blue reflection thing you have going.

Logo looks prity awfull. A logo is normally the first thing your guests will see and it wouldn't be such a bad thing in goinng back to the drawing board and redesign a better look more appropriate logo.
