Hey guys - I'm new to vb and learning everyday. I have a question about troublesome members who needed to be banned but decided to keep returning and causing issues. They are usign Anonymizer and Torpark:

Torpark especially makes me nervous since it's free.

Is there a way and can block these or blacklist them. If so, please help the new guy keep is peaceful forum. A few bad apples always want to cause issues. I read some articles about authorization cookies but it didn't provide much.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
