Just tried the LIVE DEMO mentioned above. It's V-E-R-Y close to what I'm looking for, but from what I saw you can either supply a numerical grade -or- you can add a short comment, correct? Out of curiosity, is there anyway to do BOTH? And where do those comments go to?? Thanxx!

EDIT: I'm just SLOW, it will do BOTH. If you type a comment in, it doesn't go away until you've given a numerical grade. S-W-E-E-T!! This is what I've been wanting.
