I want to write an application which will sit on my windows PC at home and listen in to a GSM modem for incoming text messages, it will then take a specially crafted text message and post a reply to a thread on my VB site... Anyone able to help with how to craft the http request to make the post?

Another use I was thinking of creating was a ticker system which accepts text messages and displays them in a marquee on the VB site.
