Can someone PLEASE help me with this... I have taken off any custom skins I have had as vbulletin.com is telling me that it is a problem with the custom skins. I reuploaded the VB Default Skin and this is now what I have:

I do not know if it is a Hack or Skin or what. I would REALLY like some help on this. The creators of the skins that I had used said it is nothing with the skin. So HOW do I fix this.. it has been like this for 5 days now and I can not use any custom skins.
