Sorry if I am not in the right category but I just finally managed to upload/update my last phpbb board into v-bulletin when a good friend of mine asked me if I could also add her phpbb board to mine and make one integrated board.

She sent me the sql database that I put in the same folder as the forum but now I realise that i don't know how to fill the data on the import text.

Her board is in another server, her database is on mine.

Does anyone know what protocol to use to add her posts to mine?
