@churton: I don't see the purpose of such a feature? When you compare it with your forums: you aren't going to create a list of the 5 people who posted the latest forum posts, but it's normal to create a top posters ranking.
There's no ETA, it will be ready when it's ready. But we will keep you informed in the DownloadsII thread
