I quite like it, surprisingly. I think you need to finish off what you have there - the unfinished looking navbar and random box next to featured photos need sorting out. Am I right in thinking that there's more forums available to registered users? If so, I think it'd be wise to say it somewhere. If not, then I'd consider adding a few more forums. Maybe one for computers, and one or 2 for your site news/feedback etc. Could be so much better with a few improvements here and there
