vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Server Load Times...too high?

I was looking around and I noticed that Server Load Averages should be MUCH lower than what mine are at

Server Load Averages 38.20 39.87 39.10 | 4 Users Online (3 members and 1 guests)

Any ideas of finding out how I can lower this, we are also getting a "Loss connection to mysql" page that gets sent to me somewhat often recently. This has only changed recently.

Any help would be appreciated.
