The public is featured locked but it has a lot to offer.
I'll be adding recurring posts system soon. This will force the user to post X times in a week or the administrator will be informed about the user. The admin can then go ahead and warn the user or delete the hosting account.

The retail version has usergroup permissions.
You can select which usergroups can request, upgrade, change datails, or view the list of hosted users.
