If its slow its most likely server. I use have a phpbb forum on Dot5hosting it was terribly slow! At first I thought it was something on my end but did some investigation and found out from other users on my forum that they had the same problem. I spoke to them about it but they never fixed it. The best advice lol I left and went to Al-in and I use hostgator.com. They have good fast servers never had a problem with them.
