What is your server load? You can find it in the AdminCP index page

if its high, then wait to see if it drops some. If its constantly high, email your hosting company and ask why the server load is always high. I've not known ASO (asmallorange) hosting to be slow, and if it is its usually not for very long, maybe suggest a server move
