The settings are in vbPlaza to define "Default PM Userid to send PM's from"

I don't remember turning the lotto notifications on however...

I am struggling with a strange issue I can't figure out ...

On my board it sends the PMs fine but the PM notice on the forum does not show it as an unread PM (value does not change from zero). It is very strange and I can't figure out why it is doing that.
