To recieve a faster more accurate response you really are best posting in the support area or the graphic discussion area.

I know from using another software I got that error because I didn't fill out the display order and titles. Ensure that you haven't duplicated the display order of the smilies. If that didn't help, I would post in support to get an accurate response from the more advanced members of the forum.
