That is why I spent the past two days fixing what I wanted myself... I need a trouble ticket system and fixing this one is easier then coding my own! I have not had a good run with waiting developers to fix things lately...

That's odd since he has always been known for outstanding support. I see on his site he mentions something about computer woes.
