The v3 Arcade support center has always been available, but a few hours ago I discovered that mail piping is completely broken - so if you haven't received a reply to a support message, please resubmit it via the web interface here:

Also, if you've ever sent in a message via email and didn't get a reply, that's probably why. If you submit a message to the web support system and reply to the email you get back, it doesn't seem to get added to the ticket. I'm working on getting it fixed, but in the meantime keep on replying via the web interface.
