How similiar are you looking for them to be in comparison to CPanel? Plesk, DirectAdmin, Webmin, Virtuozzo and many others are quite a bit different in many ways. I can't honestly compare any of them to another in how the function or are viewed.

CPanel seems to rein supreme simply because it allows you to 90% of the work from WHM with little to no root intervention (unless you are installing specific software). DirectAdmin, however is rising more and more and quite a few people are moving from CPanel to DA, not only because it is cheaper, but support and features are matching and exceeding CPanel.
