To be honest, that is one of the few green themes I like. I can hardly stand the color myself, but this one is rather relaxing on the eyes and I can fully concentrate on the forum. In addition, I like the logo, it fits nicely with the theme.

Given 6 months into the game, I'd say you're not doing too bad. Teenage forums have a ton of competition, so the best advice I could give is work on the content. Try to provide something other teenage communities are not and go with it.

I know quite a few communities that advertise until they drop and only get a few to 100-125 members in a 6 month span so keep at it.
