get an error with the latetst version when submitting the first form:
Although this error appears the forum is submitted well into the db

Code:

Fatal error: Unable to proceed with save while $errors array is not empty in class vB_DataManager_Thread_FirstPost in /includes/class_dm.php on line 763

After a second form submit I just get a db error.
