proxy to real ip only works if the proxy he's using supports the proper forwarding variables and thus does not detect elite proxys.. (much to my dismay)..

haven't enabled new user account moderation but that's a good idea. .. .already blocked out several free email providers.

i've made him miserable til he has a fit.. manages to create himself a new account.. then goes about crapping my forum up and in recent cases, hacking into admin accounts and running amok on my forum. i've got 404 banning in effect.. but when he finally gets tired of that.. he hides behind TOR again.. thus restarting the whole cycle of CRAP. to make matters worse, the member is using the NTL UK isp... which puts all its members behind an invisible proxy to begin with.
