Okay, this is complicated but you can do it with your current Access Masks...

Create Different User Groups with the particular Administrator powers that you want them to have over each of their groups, then assign each of the users to the group that you want them to be able to administer. After that you go to Forums & Moderators, Forum Permissions, Then set it so each Group has access to those powers only for the forum that you want them to administer...

So...

1. You create a new Usergroup for Each forum you want to Administer this way...
2. You give them the powers you want them to have once assigned...
3. You create access masks to deny them that access to the other forums... (give post only etc permissions)...
4. You assign the users to the groups...

They then can administer each of the Forums that you want them to, but cannot to the others..

I just tested... In the Admin permissions they can either add or delete from all forums, or not. There is no in between. They may not be able to delete a post from another forum, but it seems that they can always add a new Forum...

This sounds extremely promising..even though it isnt a 100 % solution. Maybe it's something that can be developed/hacked/ moded by someone who has time? I'd be willing to pay for such a mod to be developed. In the meantime, I will try the above and test later on this evening.
