I'm looking to have sub-communities within my greater community.
I need to be able to assign a member "administror" permissions to create boards for that community only.
So theoretically, I'd create a category called "sub community 1"..and assign a user administrator permissions to to create new categories and forums under this "sub community" only. Is this possible?

What the exact process to doing this if it is.

Also..
Is there a way to allow registering members (or existing ones) to have a selection of user groups from which to choose from
